It's time for Calhoun Days once again -- This annual event is held the second weekend in September and includes three days of fun and activities.

Calhoun County Park, 4 miles South of Grantsville on  Route 16

Saturday, September 11: 6:00 am Calhoun Park Apple Butter Making Heritage Village with Jim McCormick
  8:00 am Kitchen Opens at Smith Community Building  
  9:00 am Registration for Reenactors - $5 Picnic Shelter 3
  10:00 am Registration for Horseshoe and Cornhole Tournaments, Pre-registration call 354-6858, 354-6300, $10.00 per team -- Tent behind basketball court
  11:00 am Cornhole Tournament
  11:00 am Horseshoe Tournament
  Noon Lunch & Refreshments Available in the Barn
  2:00 pm Battle of Sycamore Reenactment
  3:30 - 5:30 pm Bingo in the Barn
  6:00 - 8:00 pm Square Dancing from Lewis County Senior Citizen's Center, Inside Barn
    High Mountain Cloggers Inside Barn
  8:00 - 9:00 pm Lester McCumbers
  9:00 pm Civil War Drama -- "The Breaking of Bread" by William Watson.  Eli Tracewell will portray "The "Yank", and Adam Shaffer will portray "The Reb" during the play.
  9:20 pm Dwayne McCormick "The McCormicks"
   
  Hayrides & Park Tours will be running all day Saturday.
  Please do not park in areas designated "NO PARKING".  Shuttles will be provided.

  11:00 am Period Church Services, on the Battlefield
  12:00 Gospel Sing
  2:00 - 3:00 pm Battle of Sycamore Reenactment
  3:00 - 6:00 pm Gospel Sing continues
